West Coast Challengers was invited once again to participate in the 10th Annual “Salute to Veterans” Parade in Riverside, CA. This being our fourth year participating in the parade, our club is always proud to show support for our veterans.

Club members met up early near the parade grounds and after all had arrives, we caravaned over the parade’s staging area. Once staged for the parade, club members began giving their cars a quick cleaning and once over. For those participating, the club arranged to adorn each Challenger with an American flag to round out the club’s salute to our veterans.

The Batmobile stopped by for a photo op and club members enjoyed checking out the Cape Crusader’s car.

When the time came to roll out, club members took up their positions and fell into line. The parade route rolls down Main Street and through downtown Riverside. Thousands of spectators lined the streets and applauded each group as they passed by.

After the parade, club members caravaned over to Islands Restaurant for lunch to share our stories from the parade.

West Coast Challengers is once again honored to have participated in “Salute to Veterans” Parade and we are extremely grateful for the service, past and present, of the men and women in our armed forces.

More photos from the parade can be found in our club photo gallery.
