Several West Coast Challengers club members showed up for the 2nd Annual GTR Dyno Day at GTR High Performance in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Three SoCal Mopar car clubs, SoCalLX, Mopar Syndicate and West Coast Challengers, had club members show up to dyno their cars.

Fun was had by all as one Mopar after another had their turn on the dyno. On hand were GTR owners, Gonzalo and Ricardo Topete, who showed their knowledge wasn’t just limited to the high performance Mustangs that they are known for, and helped us Mopar owners understand how and why our dyno results were what they were. They even went so far as to make some extra pulls for some to help dial in their power loss and power gains.

Most impressive was CrankCase’s new 392 Challenger which laid down 422 hp and 421 ft. tq. completely stock. Just as impressive was Leos06gtLL’s 2009 Charger R/T which put 355 hp to the wheels with just a tune, cat-back and cold air intake.

After a day of running on the dyno, everyone in attendance shared in Pizza and sodas while discussing our dyno numbers and the latest or planned modifications to our cars. We already look forward to next year’s GTR Dyno Day.
